The doors is GOOD

My first order was supposed to arrive during “the freeze week” in Texas. It arrived the following week. It did arrive in a hard, well packed box, extremely cold, food placed between two large blocks of gel ice. After seeing local stores in a frenzy of throwing food away after a night without power in freezing temperatures we decided to try the food we finally received instead of just dumping it. It was in fact delicious. My husband is a cook, and picky, and gets Costa Rican home sick, where he only eats rice and beans, and pork.. ehm He loved factor 75 food!!! That is awesome because I have a hard time getting him off the carbs. It is healthy and so filling! About the app, yeah maybe not the super awesome but I didn’t have huge issues with it. Once you sign up for the plan and receive your first delivery, food can be auto selected for you by the chef and you don’t even need to do much. I decided to edit because I still want to try different things, but eventually I probably could just rely on chef’s keto selections. The food is high quality and doesn’t taste like diet food. Or food prep food, which can be depressing. I felt more energy right away as well. Looking forward to freshly delivered stuff next week and hopefully losing some weight!

Factor is the BEST! Especially for KETO!

I have tried several other meal services. I found the cheapest meal prep kit times to be a lie. I have worked as a line cook. Worse yet, sometimes excluded an ingredient. (Not often.) But potatoes and carrots are so cheap that it explains why the cost is so low.

I tried Cook Unity as a heat and eat meal and their flavors just fell disappointingly flat. Their portions were a tad bit larger but who wants to pay for lack luster meals?!

Some people may think the carb count of Factor meals aren’t as low carb as they would like. Honestly, I was one of those. BUT, I would rather have one absolutely delicious gourmet meal a day and eat bone broth, salads and all the no carb things we’re supposed to do to make this work with my macros. It’s worth it! My buff gym rat husband is so into eating healthy, especially salmon, it’s reduced our grocery bill substantially! He also eats other healthy foods that suit his regimen and lifestyle. Best part for me, is I don’t have to cook separate meals and meal prep so much.
