Calculating wins and losses incorrect!!

I have been winning word war scrabble….but where the game site shows your total wins and losses it’s not calculating it correctly. It show a lot more losses than I actually have I don’t know how it works…but when I choose a person to play scrabble with most of the time that person never ends up playing. I nudge them…I leave a message…they never play even thou there is a green dot showing they are online. I then click my arrow up on the top left to go back to the home page to find someone else to play. I have a feeling when I do that it’s being calculated as a loss which it should not!!! I never ended the game that never started….I just left the board because no one started playing. What is going on….you need to fix the win loss thing…and figure out how to get people who want to play. Their picture is up on the home page with a green dot…but many times they never play. So So frustrating…sometimes I have to choose 5 or 6 people waiting for them to play….but they never do?! Fix it please!!!!!!

I think it’s a great game. I like how many games you can play at a time, you don’t have to finish a game right away, just play when you have time. It’s super relaxing, I do like the feature that you can tap on a word and figure out the meaning. Something that found really interesting is you can challenge a player if you believe that their word isn’t valid. I’m a big lover of the game scrabble but I never play on the board cause I lose all the pieces, I enjoy not having to worry about that with an online game like this. There’s also another thing that I truly appreciate about this game, you don’t need to spend real money to enjoy this game, “prices” so to speak for hints, or other game bonuses are reasonable and it isn’t really difficult to earn money in this game. I love it! I highly recommend this game! No complaints what so ever. So much fun! Would recommend to literally anyone, you could be 6 years old to like 90+ years old and love this game. I’m addicted to this game, and have already recommended this amazing game to many of my coworkers and friends. Download it! So much fun, no pressure, easy to play, self explanatory, and just overall an anxiety free and relaxing game.

Great game with some needs

Addicting game, lots of fun, easy to keep several games going at once. Ads are ridiculously frequent and time consuming, cost to remove ads is unreasonable. But you get little boosts for watching them, so I have seen the same ad for one game hundreds of times.

There is an issue with my letter tiles sometimes changing on shuffle. I’ll see an N, and then it changes to say a Y when I shuffle. Or the letter will change between what I see in my tiles and what it becomes when I place it. Please fix this little bug. It isn’t frequent, but has happened enough times to be frustrating.

I’ve also encountered issue where I place all my tiles, it says 0 letters left, and then one more tile appears in my stack. Kind of a buzz kill when you thought all your tiles were being used for the win.

A little glitchy syncing between devices with ongoing games and game requests, they don’t always quite line up. Lost a few coins between devices. I stick to my phone, would love to switch to my iPad at bedtime. But I don’t want to lose my progress.

Wish I could leave a game without forfeiting (and losing) if the opponent never responds or wanders off. There should be an inactivity time limit that gives a remove option for both players after a certain number of days so we can have an accurate list of truly active matches.
