Brushes can be Dry, Glossy and Wet. There are 3 types of Wet brushes: Without Pull, With Pull and Super-Precise. Any brush can instantly became Smudge-brush with Finger instrument. Textured brushes are also supported

If you like to draw with simple round brush, there are quick settings for Hardness, Ovality & Rotation of your brush shape. Or, if you prefer realistic brushes, large Pro-Library of shapes (>1000 textures) can be used to create new brushes of any type

Apple Pencil is fully supported, including Touch Force, Tilt, Azimuth and Predicted Points. There are settings for each Pencil ability. You also can disable finger-painting, if you never use it

Gestures: 2-fingers tap for Undo and 3-fingers tap for Redo any action

For color choosing there are 2 different Color Pickers and Palettes with Gradient Mixer. Use long-pressure gesture for quick color choosing

Time-Lapse video recording is enabled by default

Video Recording

Everything in the app is great and I even purchased the pro version to save my work files. I only have one problem that I don’t know the root of; the “Video Recording” option stopped working entirely for some reason. It was just fine and I didn’t even use it until later on when I found it through all the settings. I recorded my first sketches with it and had no problems but after one of the updates it stopped working.

Now there are red letters that tell me to close the app and refresh in order to use the option or change it, but I already tried that so many times and it doesn’t do anything. It got mildly frustrating because I didn’t have any other problems within the app previously and was loving it so far, so I can’t figure out why it’s just that option that seems to not want to work. Since I bought the Pro version, I was hoping that the recording option was like a week trial thing and that I would be able to use it again with no problems after purchasing the Pro version but nothing changed.

I’ll be saving all my files on the app and delete and reinstall to see if that will fix the problem. I didn’t want to try that before buying the Pro version because I wasn’t sure if it would save my works like some other apps would and didn’t want to risk losing all my stuff because of it, at least now I can save and transfer my files in case that happens and continue where I left off.

One of my fave apps! 

This app is one of my favorites ! Ever since I’ve downloaded it, I’ve discovered lots of my creative side that I haven’t seen before.  It has so many cool brushes and textures like grass, leaves, crystals, galaxies and stars, and I love making art on it. I love how you can create animations, too, and how you don’t have to unlock or pay for certain brushes. You can just paint freely with all the brushes. I love it. There’s so many cool features and I create pictures on it nearly every day. What I really like is that you can create your own brushes🖌. Though I don’t really use it that often (I’m really happy with all of the brushes you have now!), I think it’s probably really convenient for other users.

This app makes me feel happy about my art, and makes me confident to keep making art. I love it!  iArtbook is so brilliant and astonishing, just like art, and I’m sure that the developer(s) worked really hard. Thank you for your hard work!  And if you aren’t a developer, I think you should get this app now, even if you don’t really make art. You’ll love it. You’ll find it’s really relaxing.
