Amazing App – Negative Comments are Crypto Newbies
The app works as it should, people complaining about fees and lack of customer service are putting the blame on developers when it’s not their fault – this is how the blockchain works! Learn it or stray away from crypto completely if you’re going to be complaining about network fees. Wait until Ethereum 2.0 releases then perhaps the network fees will be lessened drastically. Again – the developers of this app have no control over network fees. If your balances show zero, refresh or check out your wallet address on etherscan to confirm your funds are still there.
