Latest update makes it impossible to log in

I really like the platform because it has more coins than others but the latest update makes the app unusable. When I log in all I get is a blank blue screen . There is no support whatsoever. When you need to get on the platform it’s not available.

Update: after deleting the app and reinstalling after the latest update, I am able to get back into the app. I was only able to try these options after going to Reddit and speaking to others having similar issues . There was no support whatsoever from the company. Crypto com has a lot of potential to rival the top crypto exchanges . However , they need a dedicated costumer service team . It should not take 24hours for them to get back to you. They also need to improve the ui interface of the mobile app and possibly even add a desktop version . Crypto com is better than the rest in terms of coins offered but the user experience could be improved. If you are an experienced crypto user the app is fine and the variety of coins one can buy is fantastic. I will update the review and give 4 stars . It rally should be 3.5 because of bad customer service and poor ui but the variety of coins is better than any other platform in the USA so I’ll update the rating to 4 stars and continuing using cdc .

Great app

So far I am very new to this app, however from what I’ve experienced, most of the negative reviews are from beginners that did not take the time to read and understand what they were getting themselves into. I currently have the jade green card and I can say that I have already received my Netflix rebate so that works. I have not tried to withdraw my funds yet as I’m waiting on my money to transfer so I can test everything, however I have spend money with the virtual card and got my money back in cro that way as well. So far it has done everything it should. Also, I have experienced one problem with my card info not displaying on one of my devices however the customer support has been great and they are working on it. If you find yourself with that problem, I would recommend trying a different device if possible. In the end customer support has been kind and respectful and if you take the time to understand the fees that this app should help you earn some serious cash. In the end, just do test payments and be 100% sure of what should happen and be patient. I just hope that they get a website working and one point, other than that I am happy with what I have 🙂
