User Reviews :

Pretty Cool App

I was a little frustrated with the app because it wouldn’t analyze my recording. I had to try it about three times before it successfully uploaded. Needless to say I was frustrated and annoyed when it finally uploaded (I’ve been having a rough time) and I was surprised to see that it picked up on those feelings

Has its flaws (personally don’t like it)

So no.1 is the Lay-out of the app. I can’t look back on my review because it wasn’t set as a check in. It really frustrated me because I only wanted to look back on that long paragraph that I’d written. no.2 is my subscription. I paid $5 and will continue to every week until this is fixed, but I can’t cancel the subscription. I used my personal card and my cards app doesn’t have a feature to disable it. I guess I’ll just have to block my card. Reflectio doesn’t have a feature to cancel the subscription in-app or on a website. I’ve checked. (Correct me if I’m wrong though). The review I wrote was very personal and depressing and a vent, just letting things out. My plan was to write it down in the app all at once and then to soon add on to it in my notebook when I’d gotten home from dinner. But I cant see the review. These are very particular things so if they don’t bother you, the app is perfect, basically. Just my little rant on my experience.

Developer Response,

The app is okay but it’s not with a dime.

In the world .. you have to pay for everything. When it comes to mental health .. money should not be a thing. It’s bad enough meds, therapists, hospital visits, hospital transportation is already expensive. & therapists they don’t even talk to you .. they get scared and send you for an evaluation. Let me get straight to the point tho, This app should not cost so much money.. maybe $1.99 a month or so. If y’all really cared about making a impact on a person’s mental health the whole entire app (free version) shouldn’t be restricted.. there’s people out there really trying to help themselves. The most I can do is write 2 entries .. i can do that in a notebook.

Frustration with the app

I’ve had the app on both my iPhone and my iPad for about a week or 2, and I’ve had to delete it from both at least 5 times and reinstall it to get it to work, and log me in. I’m trying really hard to deal with grieving & depression, so I don’t need the added stress of trying to get this to work while ‘checking in’. Otherwise the app is great and is helping me keep an eye on my depression while assisting me in journaling on a daily basis as I get through these hard times.

Developer Response,
