Excellent

My husband used this service as per of his Morgan Stanley Benefits earlier this week for a possible torn shoulder injury he had at the gym. NP chatted with him over video and was able to get him an appointment with an orthopedic here in town (not with their organization). He saw the Ortho now has a mri scheduled for next week with them. I was (freak accident) hit ontop of the head yesterday by our hottub cover that blew over from wind yesterday while some friends and I were inside hottub. Woke up today and whole back was seized up, with headache. Husband found the app service so useful this week he suggested I call and talk to someone today using the same service. I waited for video chat for 20 minutes or so, was able to use my phone’s other apps while it still counted my waiting time simultaneously in the background of my phone when I minimized the app. NP came on and was very kind and nice, asked me questions regarding possible injuries that could have taken place with the head hit. At the end she advised me what medications (ibuprofen) to stay away from and what to take (muscle relaxers) that she called into my pharmacy. She also gave me clear advice of when to go into the ER or doctors office later in the week if my said list of concerns changed in the ways she specified. Really care free service, I would have spent hours doing all of this in person in town on a Sunday through urgent cares and such. 10/10 would recommend in future

Could be a great app, but has very frustrating bugs

In general, the One Medical app is a great way to quickly communicate with my medical provider. But there are two super frustrating bugs I hope the team could fix. One, the app frequently deletes draft messages when you switch to another app. If you’re writing a message with long prescription names answering detailed questions from your medical provider, then lose everything, it’s brutal. Secondly, the app disabled basic copy and paste when you’re writing messages. So don’t bother trying to compose messages in another app to avoid losing your data. You won’t be able to share that information with your medical provider. Please fix these minor bugs, One Medical team, and your otherwise great app will be wonderful for your patients. Thanks!

Never going back to another doctor

HANDS DOWN the best app/service/doctors/treatment. I’ve been loyal to onemedical for 3 years now. During shelter in place I moved to Fresno where OneMedical doesn’t have an office so I went to a traditional doctor. I will never do that again. I didn’t realize how lucky I was with onemedicals service until I had to wait 3 hours to video chat a doctor, didn’t hear back from them (re: my lab results) for 2 weeks, no one answered the phones during those 2 weeks, and it was obvious I was just another patient to them. OneMedical treats me with so much care. They are responsive and attentive. They are always available and always kind. I’m forever obsessed with OneMedical.
