Nice overall, but buggy for me.

I love clip paint! I have it on my computer and to have it on my phone is a blessing. I adore the cloud syncing. Since I can’t draw well with my finger, it’s really nice to have the ability to line something on my computer and have it transfer straight to my phone for coloring on the go.

My only big issue for me is that I can’t seem to use most of the brushes? I’m not sure why. Everything else runs fine but I can use about 1 brush per category, the rest don’t even try to function. That being said, everything else is smooth, and since this is a new app, I’m sure it will be fixed. As a user for 3+ years, I suggest clip paint highly in general!

Pleasantly surprised

I never expected to be able to work on a full-size image properly on an iPhone, but that’s exactly what I got! I can open, edit, and save every file I can on my iPad, and it works great.

I paired my iPhone with a Wacom Bamboo Sketch Bluetooth pen, and after figuring out I didn’t need to actually pair it with the phone, got pressure sensitivity working in the app and it works great.

I can now start sketches and concept paintings from my phone, or refine them as I find mistakes. Again, I didn’t think I would need (or get) that from a phone version of the app, but here we are.
