Best App EVER!!
When you tube music firs started I have to admit I hated the app starting a station would only give you eight songs and then it would go on repeat, I got fed up and reached out to google customer support and definitely one of the best customer service ever, the representative that help me out tried everything to figure out why it wouldn’t auto play continuously, finally we gave up and the problem continued, finally google reached out to me again and asked me how my experience with the app was and I was on the verge of canceling my service but the amazing people at google took my threat seriously and fixed the issue right away, now every time I start a station new songs keep popping up, I am definitely a happy customer and will be referring others to google instead of all the other platforms, Thanks Google for fixing the issue I’ am one happy customer who will continue using your services if I had 4 thumbs they’d be way up
Best music app with a few flaws
It’s worth buying music premium though because I need the ability to play music in the background. I really like the ability to switch between the album track (song) and official music video (video). So, here’s my issues. 1) There are errors made for the artist names for some of my favorite tracks. For example, Luh Tyler has an official music video on his channel for “New Year Freestyle.” The video gives credit to the artist and is featured on his channel. When I try to switch from “video” to “song,” the song title is listed correctly but the artist is listed incorrectly as “MC Guleira.” It may not be the fault of MC Guleira that his name is listed on a track that’s supposed to credited to Luh Tyler. The algorithm may be responsible for this copyright error. This needs to be fixed ASAP so the correct artist can get credit for likes and views for not only the music video, but for the song files linked to the video. 2) Once the algorithm knows you played a song or video one time, it would include that song or video too much in song radios or artist radios with similar music. For example, I played Rob49’s song ft. Lil Wayne called “Wassam Baby” one time. I didn’t like or dislike the song. That song comes up in any related radios now, like the song radio for Young MA’s “Don Diva.”
The first issue I discussed is major and must be fixed. The second issue I would like to be fixed, but I can work around the issue if it’s not fixed.

When I first got the App years ago it was great. The app is still working wonderfully when it comes to finding songs, getting recommendations, and adding music to a playlist. And I really like the inclusion of accessing community playlists. What irks me is that I’m having issues editing my playlist off the app. I’ll spend time, kill a GOOD bit of time, editing a playlist and it won’t save! I’ll hit the editing pencil icon, move songs around, hit done, then I refresh the playlist to find that it’s still the same. It’s really really frustrating! And I can’t get continuous play off my downloaded playlists often. It will stop play early in the playlist, or glitch out altogether and stop at one song. When it stops at one song it will usually say, “unable to find playlist.” Really tired of this as well. These really shouldn’t be issues. It’s kind of the core of the App to have these functions. It’s like having a movie service subscription, but you only get to watch on odd numbered days. What’s the point?! Really shouldn’t have to point out that the focus on the developers should be to make sure the core services that the App provides are working as they should. Let’s make sure the App does what it’s advertised to do before we get ambitious.
