Way better than other apps of its kind

I’ve used other apps like this and this one works much better and has more functionality included so I don’t have to do some things on my desktop and some on mobile. Can’t wait to try their new product.

Purchases a $150 certificate

Purchased a $150 certificate and was charged and never received it. Was on hold over an hour to customer service with no one answering, now have to report to my bank as a fraud charge and waste another 30-40 mins faxing them the receipt to protest charge. Definitely never using this app/program again. Never been so upset and disappointed in a company. If you do not have customer service to resolve issues then you are failing. I’ll be switching to Botox I never had issue with them or making purchases

App is buggy, frustrating experience

App is very buggy and takes forever to load, even after finally in when trying to toggle between pages or click into anything. Closed out twice after I had input all requested info. Difficult to see what you have and my points always expire because not at all user friendly. Perhaps by design. But not good experience, especially for a rewards app tied to such expensive procedures in which I’ve invested.

So far nothing works

You go under “more ways to earn” and finish your profile to get 25 points and it still says 0. You go to schedule your visit and there’s scheduling capability so can’t get points there either. And the inky way to get back to more ways to earn is to constantly go to the home page to get to that place. No back button. Doubtful you’ll get any points using this app. Wouldn’t even begin to know how.

Poor Promotions

They provide promotions that are only good for 60 days, yet you cannot redeem them but once every 90 days. This is intentional so most people cannot actually redeem them. The product does not last 60 days for everyone and they should at least let the promotions run the recommended frequency between visits. Very unfair!
