- I have tried a number of workout apps, this is the best I have used! I work part time and have kids at home, so I can’t always stick to the same schedule. This app has great variety of workouts- short/long, intense/easy, with/without equipment, etc.. There are single workouts, and the Pro version has programs you can enroll in. I decided to sign up for the Pro, and I am thrilled. It is a bit pricey for an app, but when compared with the price of a gym, it’s a bargain! I loved the programs because I spend less time looking for a workout to do. I just enroll in a program, and the next one in the queue is ready to start when I open up the app. I definitely recommend!!
- Free version. I personally hate going to the gym and with this app I get to workout comfortably in my home ! I LOVE that it keeps track of how many times a week you workout & since I can visually see it makes me want to finish the workout to complete the week & when you see those streaks turn into months it feels amazing & it motivates you to keep going! Great workouts to choose from or create your own & slowly increase the time ! This is my 5th month now & I started getting compliments the 2nd month of using this ! 4xs a week using dumbbells on selected exercises & with a calorie deficit I lost 15 – 20 lbs. So in love with this app!
- I downloaded this app, and when I tried a few workouts, I was stunned. I saw unbelievable results from just a couple workouts! If you want those abs, those biceps, less fat, more muscles, then get this app! This app features hundreds of workouts for different types of exercises like cardio, abdominal, bicep, chest workouts, etc. You name it! During these workouts, there’s a timer and a trainer to give you advice and tips. After a few weeks of doing these workouts, I felt so good about myself and felt confident.
