1. This version of the game might be better than the other one with all the decals and ships and things. However, like many people have been saying, the game keeps resetting my progress. Sure I have all my Tris and my ships and trails, but all my attachments, all my decals and all my high scores keep resetting. I just finished leveling up all the way today, and I came back on a few hours later and lo and behold, I was reset. I’m kinda irritated. However, that aside, it’s a good (and might I say, addicting) game.
2. Race the Sun has been around for a few years now, but it still feels fresh and engaging to play. It has an addictively simple formula: navigate a fast-moving ship through an environment full of obstacles, and keep it going as long as you can before you run out of juice or smash into something. I’m normally pretty down on free-to-play games because I hate being bothered with ads all the time, but RtS is thoughtful about their inclusion, and you get quite a bit of free play before you’re ever asked to view an ad. There’s also an extremely reasonable $5 unlock option that removes the ads. If you somehow missed this game earlier, you should give it a shot! And if you have already played the original, it’s worth checking out this improved version.
3. I enjoy playing this game very much however it has more than once restarted all my progress. I would get to level 10 or 11 take a break and when I would go back all my progress, upgrades, and new planes are gone. I keep playing and playing then all of it get thrown to waste because the game resets my progress. That’s why I rated this 3 stars. If it didn’t continuously restart me at the same place it would get 5 stars. I enjoy the game and what it takes to play. However this bug needs to be fixed. It doesn’t even matter that I connect my accounts. However I will still play and will change my review to 5 stars when the bug is fixed.
