  1. I have been looking for workouts specifically for abs and I chose this one and a few others to test out. After testing all of them, this one was the best yet. I love the simple but bright design and the cleanliness of the app. It’s stylish and easy to use. I love how this app allows you to pick a custom workout time…sometimes I want to do 15 minute abs and other days I make want to do 12 minutes for back workouts.When you begin your workout you get to preview for a few seconds of the specific ab exercise like The Hundred. Then once you catch on, it starts. Very smart and practical for people who are just starting out. It also feels like you are working out with people without the pressure. I hate when people watch me in the gym…sometimes you catch people intently watching you.Another feature I like is that it lets you play and pause your workout! I never loose valuable workout time. And lastly, this app provides a variety of ab exercises and it doesn’t get too boring…also helps to listen to music on the side. I am on day two and I am already sore and can’t wait to start out every morning with this awesome app. Hope someone else tries it out & enjoys it!
  2. I’m a personal trainer bouncing back from my second pregnancy and I love this and the original SWORKIT app! It’s so easy to fit into a short (or long) period of time when you have kids and work and I much prefer following a person completing the moves with you than trying to follow a similar program from a magazine or online article. I also love that you can squeeze in a short ab or stretch routine on a rest day, I feel so much more accomplished and it really helps me make better choices throughout the day too. I look forward to using this on vacation over the summer too. The only suggestion I have is to make a version with weight training please!!! I’d use it every single day versus every other or so if weights were included.
