Create your own or choose from pre-loaded workouts. Add Exercises to your workouts. Establish the amount of TIME to complete a set along with the amount of SETS, REPS, and WEIGHT per exercise.
Press PLAY to let the app tell you what to do so you can think less and do more. The app shows you the TIME, SETS, REPS, and WEIGHT for each exercise. Audio cues will play to notify to let the user know when a set is about to end, and when a new set or exercise begins. EVERYTHING is timed. This allows you to maximize your time in the gym while knowing exactly what time you’ll be finished with your workout with 321FIT’s one of a kind ETA display.

The SEC/SET value represents both the time you will take to complete a set AND the time you allocate to rest. That way there is only one place you need to enter time.

Preloaded workouts or customize your own. I have young kids and usually don’t have a lot of time to workout, so when I get the chance I need to be as efficient as possible. With this app I was able to create a handful of 20-30 minute workouts where I can choose the muscle groups I’m wanting to work out, the time duration and then just press play and go! Love the fact that once I start it tells me what to do and the amount of time I need to do it so all I have to do is focus on working out. I’ve gotten in such a habit of using this app that now I can’t even workout unless I’m using it. Love it!
The biggest reason I’ve lost touch with exercising is because of a lack of time based on my commitments to family and work. 321Fit has an ETA tool that allows me to focus on working out, not wrapping up. I feel like this app was built by someone with the same needs and requirements of every other young adult out there trying to fight the war on time.
User friendly. Very convenient for getting in a quick workout on my busy schedule. I like that it also gives you a visual of the exercises you are doing. It can be used if you are a newbie working out like me or if you are a beast at the gym. You can make your own work outs or follow the preset options it offers. Overall great app!
I love how you can customize the workout but my favorite is having the timer set. I’ve been guilty of taking too much rest between workouts. It makes the workout longer than I planned. With this app, my time is set and I can be done and on to the rest of life.
This app is by far one of the most user friendly workout applications I’ve seen in a while. It’s also great for anyone who is looking to add more structure to their workout plans.
This app keeps me in control of what I want to do the day of my work out! I love the ETA feature as I like knowing what time I’d like to be finished. Download this app to keep yo ur workouts organized and on track weekly!
I like the simplicity of the app, but I can see that you guys put a lot of time into making good workouts and making everything customizable. The retro stick figure animations are dope!
Love the retro feels of the app. It’s easy to use and has every lift or exercise that’s normally in my plan.
I am not good at scheduling my workouts but this app makes it fun…and helpful! Love the retro feel!
