I’m still new to Tales and have only played Vespiria and Rays (which I terribly miss ) so when I heard of this, I pre-registered right away!! After playing it, I can safely say it was worth the wait. I wasn’t expecting it to be of such high quality! The cutscene and opening at the beginning were really cool and the fact that the characters mouths move just like in a console game is awesome!! The graphics are also pretty dang good for a smartphone game, it’s a really pretty game!! Also, the summon rates ain’t half bad from what I’ve seen, I’ve barely played and already have 2 SSR’s and a bunch of SR’s. I don’t know if there’ll be a paywall later on but so far it’s good for free to play. If you’re a fan of Tales or just a fan of JRPG’s, this game is perfect!! Just a note, there are still some bugs with the summons and chats, but I didn’t take off stars for those since the game just released like two days ago, not to mention in the middle of corona. Plus, they’re not even really a big deal, just sometimes the wrong name shows up for some characters which is fine. UPDATE: THE STORY FOR THIS GAME has to be one of the best stories I’ve ever seen in a smartphone game, it’s so good! It’s almost as good as a console game, seriously!! Also I love how they have a whole page dedicated to the chronology of the Tales Of series listing all of the games, anime, and characters, it’s amazing!!
