Select the “Paris 2024” route in your search: it’s the recommended route for your journey. It ensures that spectators are equally distributed across transport lines and reduces crowds and wait times.
Also, check the real-time traffic status (construction, unexpected incidents, etc.) thanks to information directly from the various transportation providers and monitored by our teams. This way, you can better anticipate your trip and never miss your competitions.

PURCHASING AND RELOADING YOUR PARIS 2024 PASS
The Paris 2024 Pass is available directly through the app and allows unlimited travel throughout the Île-de-France region and on all public transport lines, including to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports. It’s valid during the Olympic and Paralympic Games of Paris 2024 (from July 20 to September 8, 2024) and is sold for durations from 1 to 7 days. The price decreases for longer durations, so we recommend purchasing it for your entire stay. However, this pass does not include access to the Paris 2024 accessible shuttles (PFR), visit the Île-de-France Mobilités website for more information about this service.
ACCESSIBILITY AS A PRIORITY FOR ILE-DE-FRANCE MOBILITÉS
Find all the information regarding the accessibility of different transport modes (station personnel, elevators, audible information, etc.) directly in the app. A “wheelchair user” feature also allows you to display only the routes that meet your needs in your route search.

Put it on my phone and immediately helped a trapped family
They were a family of 4 and they couldn’t get out of the train station, the ticket machine wasn’t excepting tickets. They had 2 kids in a wide load carrier and lots of luggage. They couldn’t get out, and I had 7 days of travel on my phone so we made several trips through the skinny gates thanks to my iPhone pass.
Felt like a hero.

Time zone update?
It seems like a good app, but it could use a way to set the time zone for doing route planning from places outside Europe. Even defaulting to Paris time instead of my local time would be an improvement. I am anxious to see the finished product with the venue maps.
App Issue Purchasing
I was able to buy one ticket from the airport, then when I went back to the main menu, and all the single ticket options I saw before were gone. So now I have one ticket from the airport and that’s it. There’s no easy contact for help and there’s been no response to my inquiry yet.
