Club Pass is a monthly subscription service that increases daily rewards by 10.000 silver coins (in-game currency), gives better chances of winning prizes, and adds new weekly quests with bigger rewards (gold or silver coins). Devs, I need your help
I really love your game. I played it in the past and now I decided to start again. I have an Iphone 6. Probably a year ago everything was perfect, but now the game drops me off (closes and restarts) all the time. I can’t play it anymore. I close all apps, my storage is optimized, I even reboot my phone- nothing changes. I want to play it one more time. Please help me.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear that your experience was not that great. Try lowering the graphics quality in the main settings menu in order to avoid game crashes. Your device might be lacking Random Access Memory (RAM). Closing the background running apps before launching Tacticool might also help you to solve this issue.
Please, try switching to mobile internet, the game runs better on it. You can also check what servers you are connected to and switch them manually. To do so please proceed to Settings – Matchmaking Region and select another server with good connection.

Please !!! Make game a little more comfortable :
1) And a private massages option, this would make a communication between players much better and straight forward.
2) Please! Make an option for the leader to “recommend” where is better to send an troops for the mission. Because right now it it a chaos.
3) How about providing us games with more options in terms of “avatar” and maybe other futures ? To be able to high light out of others players. Thank you!

Physics
Game physics gets ridiculous sometimes. Any moving object that is heavier than player can kill player. Gate closed (slowly) and you’re on the way – Dead. Car door opened and you were standing near it – Dead again. Cement block moved by an explosion and you were hiding behind it – naive – Dead again!
And now you won’t allow to retrieve game currency spent on weapon upgrades !
Please fix this if you care. Thanks

Hello, Andrew! Thank you for your feedback. Accidental deaths caused by the physics aspect of our game is pretty common at this moment. This sort of bugs is well known to us, we’re constantly working on fixing it.
As for retrieving. every next MK tier of the weapon decreases the amount of currency you can get by reverting an upgrade. This thing was implemented due to the current balance in the game. Bring our apologies for these inconveniences. Thank you for trying our game
