You’ll never run out of dishwasher pods or rinse aid again when you set up auto replenishment—the app tracks consumption and reorders for you.

Tad Bit Wonky

I’ve recently changed my phone number since installing the app. It doesn’t allow me to change my login information for the two factor identification. It has my old phone number with no option for updating it. Called customer service but the only suggestion was to create a new account.. I expected a better resolve, especially since I no longer have the same phone number.

Frustrating to use

The newest version of the app is more stable, which is good. I have a fridge, feeezer column, 2 wine fridges, and the dishwasher. I receive alerts ok, but the real frustration is controlling the accent lights in the wine fridges which, to me, is more useful than receiving an alert to change a filter. Turning the lights on works maybe 10% of the time, and when they do come, the app never turns them off! Also, when the lights do turn on, there is a very noticeable delay, like the command is being processed by some archaic piece of equipment. I only imagine that it gets bricked which is why the off command doesn’t work. Nice appliances, awful app.

About what I expected

Pretty buggy. Clunky setup. Accidentally entered the wrong wifi password and it just hung, forcing me to start over, entering my address, install date, etc. all over again. Doesn’t remember any of that info from one appliance to the next, forcing the user to reenter the same info over and over again. All of my appliances failed at setting the time zone—app just hangs and never gets past this. When I open the app, 50/50 chance that all of my 4 appliances load. Not great. Amazed that this app has 4.8 stars.
