Subscriptions are from $5.49 USD weekly
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
You will be able to use BATTLE PASS benefits for the duration of the subscription
Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period as the original “one week”/”one month”/”one year” package unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package (weekly, monthly or yearly package)
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s iTunes Account Settings after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

What is going on in PVP? I have lost more in the last day and 1/2 than I have lost in a week!! I’m getting shot after my opponent is on the ground in a blood circle!! This is getting very frustrating!! I’m also getting shot before I ever see the map!!! Also saying time up and then I get shot!! Please fix!!! Match over, shows me with my hand up in victory and then I get shot!!! Have also had bullet in slow motion stop and disappear and then I get shot!! Please fix!!! PLEASE LOOK INTO YOUR PVP!!!! Something is terribly wrong!!!!!Why won’t you fix the PVP? Everyone is tired of the problems!!!! Getting shot 6 to 8 seconds after the match is over is ridiculous!!! 9 times in a row, the match is over and then I get shot!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I want my money back and you can have this worthless game!!! I spent over $200 dollars to be cheated like this!!! This is BS!!!This game is so rigged for Dark Force!!! There is absolutely no way to win!!! Your PVP is absolute BS!!! Same in events, there is no way to win unless you play for DF!!!Your screen just changed and cost me to hit the 399 gold button and made me buy slo-mos and armor piercing bullets. I did not want these!!! I want my 399 gold back and you can take the bullets and watches back! Please help!!!

Thank you for writing in. Our team have been made aware of this and are working on improvements for later updates. In the meantime, can you ensure that you are not using a poor internet connection? Please try securing a stronger Wi-Fi connection or using a 4G connection when playing PvP. Once you are past this, you should be ok to use a weaker connection if it is more convenient. If this does not solve the issue, can you try reinstalling the app from the store? We hope this helps.
As for the accidental purchase, we cannot provide you with a refund on this occasion as we can only do this when there is an issue with the game on our side. We will forward this scenario on to the team for future reference but please be more cautious when making purchases in the future.
