App is slow with a bad UI
I don’t understand why the card has to be locked deep down somewhere, I have to open the app and that takes some 20 seconds. Followed by a search which takes another 20 seconds and finally look for use a card. This all should be done in less than 10 seconds. My suggestions are either cut down this animations which have no use and make it fast, or make the card available in the home screen or let the users add it to their wallet for easy access. The app is super slow and I’ve been using for over an year and still can’t believe it hasn’t been improved…

Quick tip for a faster experience: if you tap the “View Offers” tab, the nearest participating businesses (by GPS location) will be shown immediately. We will look to include your feedback about the home view and app speed in our future updates!
Needs more work
I was excited to download and use the benefits of this app and I think it’s great that a mobile app was made for convenient searching and usage of the benefits. However, the app is absolutely slow. Using the search feature is the ultimate test of patience. I highly, highly suggest optimizing this app for speed, and redesigning it for mobile experience. It took me a while to navigate and understand how to use the benefits. It feels very much like an old website trying to fit itself for a small screen. Mobile apps work very differently, not just for navigation but its whole design and architecture. Hopefully the devs are working on this…

Services good Update missing in app store
As far as goods and services I have no complaints. I have used the benefits often and not one issue anywhere. The food benefit is by far the best feature and I have saved a lot of money. The newest update says it’s missing and won’t update; maybe they discovered the old was better. No scams found from my four history using the card.
Works great so far!
I wasn’t sure if the restaurant would accept it and half expected them to reject this, but it worked great! I asked the waitress, she said restaurant would honor it and bam! 20% off the total bill!
I look forward to using this again,this opens up a lot of more fun experiences that might otherwise be just a bit too pricey
Very useful
I am member with Passport Unlimited for years and this app works wonderfully for me.
I can see around me all discounts or special offers that I am interested in and use them. Sometimes the restaurants do not meet my expectations but that’s just the restaurant not the app or the company. I can give feedback to the restaurant and they do whatever improvements they would like.
It’s super easy to use and navigate. I love the map so o can see the offers around me. Runs fast and doesn’t use lot of space or battery.
All and all I like the app and it’s helpful for me.
Great Discounts!
This membership pays for itself just by dining at a Passport restaurant 5 times during the year. The best part is you can use it over and over as many times as you like. I like using the app to find deals when I’m out and about!
