Won’t let me submit
I’ve been struggling with the app for the past 4 days. No matter where I am or even if the connection is great, it keeps telling me it can’t submit due to network problems. My connection is really good and everything worse works on my phone so I know it isn’t connection. On wifi or off it still won’t let me submit my form which is really frustrating especially since I wanted to submit it by the 1st. Now I’m more and more behind still struggle to submit the fasfa which I completed multiple times now.
Makes it easy
I was trying to file FAFSA for my second year of college, but the website was being weird and would either kick me out or never load whenever I tried to proceed. I saw that there was an app and decided to try, it worked a million times better! Super user-friendly layout and I was able to finish smoothly. Definitely try if the site gives you problems.
Can’t access account every time
I haven’t been able to use the app at all as I am the parent, the app asks for students date of birth but it automatically adds todays date. I can’t switch it and there is no way to pass that question page without the correct DOB. So the app is useless.
