Just drive in to any Metropolis location to start your visit. You’ll receive a notification that you’ve arrived.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
With Metropolis, parking rates and price estimates are available before you park. Once your visit starts, you can extend your stay or change your payment method remotely.
JUST DRIVE OUT TO PAY
When you’ve finished parking, just drive out to pay automatically. We’ll send you a receipt after every visit, and you can access your complete parking history at any time.
FIND FREE OR DISCOUNTED PARKING
Look for a Metropolis sign at participating retailers near your parking location. From your visit page, simply scan the QR code to apply the discount. You’ll see your parking price adjust right away in the app.
EASY TO NAVIGATE
You can use Metropolis when traveling and renting a car. Just add the rental to your account, assign an end date, and we’ll automatically remove it when you’re done.

Already great service!
I needed to use this Metropolis for a job. I tried to register my car on the website but it wouldn’t let me. I downloaded the app but, I still couldn’t register my car. I tried a couple more times just in case I was just going it wrong (even though it is SO simple!) and, I ended up having to call customer service. I got a response within the first minute and had my issue resolved within 2-3minutes! Thank you again! So easy to use and I really loved that it shows you live price/time when you are in the garage!

Got a parking violation even though you pay
Update: it got even worse. They charged me for the subscription but lost the lot to another vendor. Did not notify me about the change. Absolute trash.
I pay for monthly parking but still got a parking violation. The violation was for a neighboring lot and with a typo on the license plate. Their online tool to lookup violations doesn’t work so I needed to call them. If you call them and there are no agents it hangs up on you instead of letting you wait. When I did get an agent (Rebecca) they were very empathetic which was nice so shoutout to them for trying to do everything in their power but customer support is not able to look into these and relies on the same tool above so I have to email them. Last time I emailed them (when I bought the spot to confirm all I had to do was pay monthly on the app) it took them 3 days to get back to me. It would be so nice to just have someone take my money ($90/month!) and not cause undue stress. This was a paper notification, but imagine if they had towed the car..

“Drive in drive out” with a ticket!
Steer clear if you haven’t budgeted $100 for parking. I LOVED Metropolis and thought it was such a great company & service revolutionizing the parking industry. I live in a rural area now so I don’t come in town as often, but I used to seek out Metropolis lots for the convenience of parking.
Unfortunately, the other day I drove in to a lot I’d used many times before. I didn’t get any verification texts which I thought was odd, but sometimes they take a little while to get through, so I trusted the service to work as it always had. As I was driving home I noticed a piece of paper on my windshield and lo and behold, it was a ticket with a $100 fine! Dispute was rejected and couldn’t be appealed, and I was instructed to pay up. Fine, I’ll do that, but that’s the last money this company will ever see out of my wallet.
I’m sorry, but a company that springs 10x the bill on unsuspecting customers for engaging with its product as advertised is just shady.

Hi Ashley- we are sorry you did not have a great experience! Metropolis parking facilities have ample signage that provides clear instruction to successfully complete parking payment. There are often multiple signs that contain verbiage such as ‘How To Pay’ or ‘Scan To Park’. Additionally, our apps show rates at every location. Please note that Metropolis parking facilities generally offers a 10 minute grace period which allows visitors time to either pay, or if they choose, to leave and avoid any charges.
