Great mobile tool!
Simple interface with lots of capability… still learning them all. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the updates and notifications are a little clumsy.
Mention is an awesome tool for my business
I have used Mention for a few years and I have to say-getting that email in your inbox in the morning is a great feeling! I highly recommend their service to every small business out there. Just received an email from a blog that plugged my book and company. Yes!!
Very useful
I use this app for stock trading, using it to check for how popular certain products are. Very nice and saves me tons of time searching!
Does load many of the website inside the app
Mention is great on desktop, but fails to load many of the website it refers to. It keeps spinning forever.
I’ll be happy to update my review when you guys fix this.

As others said, the desktop version is great and it picks up way more mentions than others, but the app doesn’t function properly at all. It gives me a red badge but doesn’t find the mentions.

App is broken
Has not worked for the last few updates. Just loads indefinitely until your data is exhausted. Remember the old iOS when everything still worked…
Clearly developers don’t use their own app
The Alert Settings are BAD. Developers please have someone with good editing skills read the descriptions in the Alert Settings layout.
What does the word “below” mean? Hint, it doesn’t mean “above”.
Are “Required” keywords the same as “mandatory” keywords? If so, then use the same word in the Title of the Required Keywords as you do in the description of the Optional Keywords.
App will not save Required Keywords.
Shows # of mentions but no folders contain those mentions.

Wish it would work better
Mention is a really great app. Just wish it would work better.
Often cannot see Facebook when u click on a Mention (“Sorry, something went wrong.”)
Emailing a mention doesn’t work. Just gets stuck.
Mention does not catch all of the instances that my keyword is mentioned (but FAR more than Google Alerts)
