Thought I would give this a try after I began noticing it was available at more and more locations. After using it for a week (whenever I was able to actually use it without any issues) I was prompted to re-login. When I tried to log back in, I received a notification saying my account was on pause. After contacting customer support, I received an email saying that my account was closed due to unusual behavior, and would not be restored. I am the only person to use this app with my own credit card, and I have only used it for food and coffee. There was no suspicious activity on my card, and no purchases out of the ordinary using the app. If this company had given me a chance to explain that, I would’ve liked to have given them another try, however, they ended their email response with “Any additional inquiry regarding this account or linked accounts will result in reiteration of this message.” So thanks for a gimmick of a product, and an utter lack in customer service or support. I’ll stick with Apple Pay, my credit card, and cash. I have no desire to even attempt using this app again. Best of luck to you if you do.
I love using this app because I can get discounts in one place for eating in another. I don’t have to be a slave to one place just to use rewards. And if I haven’t ordered from somewhere in a while they send me a coupon as incentive. It works! Lunch is so expensive in the city. And this helps.
It’d be reason enough to use LevelUp to avoid the awkward delay of trying to use a chip reader, and that without giving up secured confidence! Add in location aware order ahead & customer rewards, and you’ll wish every place used it.
I used to use LevelUp for paying in store, but I recently started using the ordering feature and it’s changed my lunch time, I don’t have to wait in line ever and get 20 minutes back in my day!
Thank you for making your order ahead feature so fast & easy! I love ordering ahead and skipping those huge lunch lines. Great app!
Downloaded the app so I didn’t have to have separate apps for each restaurant that takes Level Up, but keep getting error adding pass to Apple Wallet. Also, this app has no feature to report app issues.
