Widget not working
Thank you for fixing this! Kook is wonderful again!!
I’ve used Klok pretty much since it’s inception and have found it invaluable. Recently, though, the Notification Center widget is not working. It’s there–but it’s completely blank, showing none of the times or locations. It’s just a big blank square.
As others have pointed out, there is no way to contact the developers. I’m hoping that they will see this and offer some help.
Developer Response ,
Hey nutragirl — we found a bug in our code that causes this. We’ve fixed it and now submitting an update. Hopefully you should have the update in the next couple of days. Thanks for reporting this.
An actual lifesaver
I work with colleagues scattered across the globe, and this app has made meeting scheduling so much more convenient for me! I can actually have 5 different time zones, and set the time in each time zone to make sure I have all of my planning correct. Plus, the beautiful and convenient design makes it a pleasure to use. Very well done!
I love it! Minimalist and yet more than useful!
I love this app! Very minimalist, I use it every single day without even paying attention! The widget is great. I live in the US, my family is in France, got friends in Asia, anyway, I was spending my time calculating their time of the day… haha! Thank you so much for creating this very simple app that helps way more than you think 😉
Amazing!
Simple clean app with no Adds.
Super helpful. Love it.
Suggestion :
I travel a lot and have to constantly add and remove the clocks. Would we amazing if I could add an extra timezone 6 instead of 5. And the app will ignore the current time zone. So when I go from San Francisco to NYC I do not need to add San Francisco manually and remove new York city.
Exceptional
Wouldn’t have been able to figure out my crazy life in the last few years, especially this one, without it
Great time zone app
Great app, been using it for years with international travel. It’s fast easy and you can put zones in the order you prefer.
This newest version however, has the city codes different than the traditional airport codes. I’ve gotten used to the airport codes. For example Taipei is listed Tai not TPE. San Jose, Ca as SJS vs. SJC.
Being an aviator the new three letter codes are a bit distracting initially.
iOS 14 killed the widget
That was my top widget, really useful. Now with Apple’s new widget format, it is impossible to put widgets in the old format way up, significantly impacting the usefulness of this app. Bummer.
I can only hope the developer does fix Klok ASAP, but considering the hiatus of >2y without updates, I don’t think it’s going to happen anytime soon.
Near Perfect
Really great. That said, not a huge fan of the colour scheme and more importantly the app size is huge for a clock. Currently on a 16 gun iPhone so sometimes I find I end up deleting to free up space.
Nearly perfect
I love the app but hate the nonsensical 3-letter city codes on the widget. Why is Seattle STE? How on earth does that make sense? I realize airport codes might not be accurate to a location (often major airports are a bit outside of the city they service) but please make more intuitive labels!
Good widget
I needed this, especially since I work in GMT or Zulu time. Needed a quick swipe to access it but… 2 things: request military (24-hour) option and better three letter identifiers. MPH for Memphis?? Better to go with airport id, MEM.
