Hello guys there’s also another issue when someone see my profile I didn’t get any notification when I’m not using or even I’m using the app hopefully to fix this problem and also the don’t forget my issues down below, my regards
When I write motto there’s some issues first the letters of the words appear spaced on the lines, and also if i write a long text, i cannot see the text on the other device completely, and also some letters of the words appear spaced hopefully to fix this issue
Hello guys i love the IMO app, but there’s two things hopefully to add it. First when i want to send photo or video from the gallery the IMO app only show me the camera roll folder and there’s no way to select another folder like favorites screenshots or other folder inside the photos app and also this is really hard especially if want want to send specific photo from a bunch of photos, Second make a way to select a custom ringtones to IMO app for the notifications it will be so cool, At the end thanks a lot for making this amazing app

I have a problem in sending chatting, audio and video calls

Really it’s a very good app for an audio and video calling, I can say it’s the best. But before may be one month, l can’t do sending any calling or chatting but It received calls and chats so, I updated my App from App Store in iPhone but without any avail. Can you help me to fix that?

Dear, thank you for your feedback. please try the following instruction to see if your problem is solved.
1.make sure that you are using the imo(not the HD version) if you are not from america.
2.check your internet condition is in good condition
3.try VPN if failed to login
4.try redownload the IMO from GOOGLE PLAY or APP STORE and try login again
5.clear the IMO cache through system application management
6.check if you type your number wrongly
7.check if your region is selected right.

Not working only with VPN why?!.
Why it’s not working needs vpn while It was working fine without vpn this is very bad try to solve this problem/issue.
Even I am not able to redo my sitting again I deleted it and reinstalled again but can’t finish my sitting it is hanging.
