Always hold your phone steady
Remain calm and breath at a regular rate
Cover the entire back camera with your finger. You do not need to press hard for it to begin measuring. A light touch is all that is needed to begin the reading.
Heartify uses HealthKit to adjust health metrics, such as heart rate variability measurements, to your parameters.
Share the app with your friends to start making a difference in their lives as well.

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions with the following pricing and terms:
Subscriptions are 1 week, 1 month or 12 months long
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

My better health and well-being
I’m on a regimen to have better health and well-being I’m starting they won of getting my health and well-being stronger Vibranium in my used for understanding I’m thankful for this app to give me a understanding or some type of gauge where my body staying so how to maintain a better quality in life thank you for this app
Accurate
Actually decently accurate with the heart rate. I have Neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS) which makes my heart beat faster than the normal 18 year old lol. The app read my heart rate pretty accurately however I suggest putting the flash on your wrist over your vain instead of using your finger. I found that to be more accurate. However, the other readings aren’t as accurate. They guess based on your heart rate which I’m not complaining about it’s a decent way to go about it however, it’s not as accurate as one may think.

It would help us a lot if you could share which parameters you found inaccurate: our results are based on science and we aim to maintain high precision in all measurements. However, finger measurements should be more accurate because the app was calibrated to use with the finger. Make sure to stay still while you measure as well.

There are certain specific features that suit me well so this app is perfect. The problem is the cost, however it’s inevitable that an app as high maintenance as this would require a fee, so that doesn’t affect my rating enough to lower it down to four(4) stars.

Heartify is a great app it is all free tells u ur stress pulse and tension and energy my stress was high today because I was stressing so it’s not lying it takes a quick second to get all of it download it and see for yourself I am super happy for this app
